I am an Ayurvedic Physician and Researcher with a deep commitment to authentic Ayurveda and evidence-based clinical practice. As the Founder and Chief Ayurveda Consultant at Mahakali Ayurveda Clinic and Panchakarma Centre, I strive to bridge the gap between traditional Ayurvedic wisdom and modern clinical research. My mission is to provide natural, personalized, and holistic healthcare solutions that address the root causes of disease, restore balance, and promote long-term well-being.

I completed my Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) in Ayurveda from Shri J. S. Ayurved College, Nadiad, affiliated with Gujarat Ayurved University, Jamnagar, where I graduated with First Class and secured 2nd rank in the university. During my postgraduate training, I served as a Resident Doctor at the 200-bedded P. D. Patel Ayurveda Hospital, where I gained extensive experience in patient care, research, and advanced Panchakarma therapies. Over the past three years, I have been actively involved in clinical research and Ayurvedic management of chronic and autoimmune diseases, integrating traditional therapies with scientific rigor.

My clinical research thesis focused on evaluating the efficacy of Virechana Karma and Punarnavadi Niruha Basti along with Shamana Chikitsa in Stage I and II of Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD). The study demonstrated highly significant outcomes, providing clinical evidence for the potential of Ayurveda in managing early-stage renal disorders. I have also published peer-reviewed research articles on topics such as Urethral Stricture, Interstitial Cystitis, Dialysis-dependent CKD, and Peripheral Spondyloarthritis with Reactive Arthritis. My recent publication, “Breaking the dependency cycle: A case report on successfully managed hemodialysis dependent chronic kidney disease with Ayurvedic treatment,” was featured in the Journal of Ayurveda and Integrative Medicine (Elsevier, 2025). I have presented my research at multiple national and international conferences, where I was honored with the Best Paper Presentation Award twice for my innovative contributions to Ayurvedic nephrology and chronic disease management.

In clinical practice, I have independently performed and supervised thousands of Ayurvedic procedures, including over 1100 Uttarabasti, 1000+ Virechana Karma, 2000+ Niruha/Matrabasti, 15+ Vamana Karma, and 100+ Raktamokshana Karma. I regularly manage both inpatient and outpatient departments, attending to 80–100 patients daily, addressing a broad spectrum of acute and chronic disorders through personalized Ayurvedic diagnosis and treatment protocols.

Through Mahakali Ayurveda Clinic and Panchakarma Centre, established in Gujarat, India, I aim to provide authentic and scientifically grounded Ayurvedic healthcare in a compassionate and accessible environment.
