At Mahakali Ayurveda Hospital and Panchakarma Centre, we are dedicated to providing specialized medical treatments, Ayurvedic therapies, and healthcare services. Please note that due to the nature of medical services and personalized treatment protocols, we do not offer returns or refunds on any consultations, procedures, Panchakarma packages, or other hospital services.
No Returns or Refunds
- All payments made towards consultations, diagnostic services, Panchakarma procedures, treatment packages, or any other hospital services are non-refundable.
- Once a treatment plan has commenced, it is considered fully utilized and cannot be returned, cancelled, or refunded, irrespective of the stage of completion.
Medicines and Products
- Ayurvedic medicines and formulations dispensed from our pharmacy are prepared or prescribed on a case-specific basis. For health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or provide refunds for any medicines, health products, or consumables.
Exceptions
- Refunds are not applicable under any circumstances, except in rare cases of billing errors, which will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
